EYE Filmmuseum

Eye Film Museum

The striking EYE Film Museum right opposite the Central Station is the focal point of Amsterdam. Exhibitions and film screenings, but also the restaurant are reasons for a visit.

Not at the least because of the terrace at which you sit on a beautiful day in the sun, with a beautiful view on Amsterdam and the IJ. Tip: just visiting for a drink or a bite to eat? Just walk downstairs, here you will find a small part of the film museum which you can visit for free.

Directions to the EYE Film Museum

EYE Film Museum is the striking white building in the shape of an eye, right opposite Amsterdam Central Station, on the other side of the IJ. At the rear of the Central Station, take the free ferry to Buiksloterweg. The ferry runs every 5 minutes and within 3 minutes, you sail to the other side. EYE is virtually next to Tolhuistuin, you just walk 100 meters to the left after arriving on the other side. You can not possibly walk past EYE.
